Originally built in 1912 as the Pantages Theater, and later converted into The Oakland Tribune's Press Building, this historic landmark has been completely revitalized. Located in Downtown Oakland next to the Tribune Tower, the project consists of the rehabilitation of the existing structure into approx. 47,000 sf of mixed-use, including self-storage, office, and retail.
