HOW LONG IS THE LEASE TERM?
We offer month-to-month leases. The minimum rental period is one month. You can store for as long as you want, and there is no maximum rental period unless you pre-pay a one-year lease. Contracts are automatically renewed on a monthly basis. There are no deposits or move-in fees required to rent a space.

CAN I MOVE IN THE SAME DAY?
Yes, you can move in on the same day as you make your inquiry, provided that you have the relevant documentation needed to complete and sign your contract and there is at least an hour before access hours end. (We require valid state/federal identification.)

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, pre-printed personal/business checks, money orders and cash. We can only provide up to $20 in change, so please have small bills available. For added convenience, you may wish to sign up for "Automatic Credit Card Billing" by using a credit or debit card.

CAN I PUT SHELVING IN MY STORAGE UNIT?
Freestanding shelving units or anything not required to be attached to our walls or surroundings are allowed.

ARE MY STORED GOODS INSURED BY YOU?
No, it is the tenant's responsibility to obtain their own insurance. We provide information specifically for obtaining Storage Insurance. You also have the option of contacting your Homeowner's Insurance Agent to see if they will cover your stored goods.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE TO VACATE?
When you intend to vacate, just give us 10 days written notice in advance of the first of the month in order to avoid automatic renewal. We can prorate with notice, and we do not refund rent.

WHERE CAN I PARK IF THERE'S NO PARKING AVAILABLE ON THE STREET?
We have a drive aisle available for customer parking 7 days a week during our office hours. If you cannot find parking on the street, come to the office or call us on your cell phone to let us know that you need access to the drive aisle. We will be happy to let you park there for up to one hour so that we can show you around our facility and/or you may unload or load your belongings.
