Like Vulcan Lofts, High Street Lofts became one of the first true live/work projects in Oakland when it was converted in 1983. The complex consists of approximately 60,000 sf of for-rent Live/Work space along one of East Oakland's main thoroughfares, San Leandro Street. The [33] units range in size from 1,000-4,000 sf and are home to a variety of residential and commercial uses.
