In 2007, MPF acquired Giant Trade Center, an existing mixed-use commercial and light-industrial building located at 3002 Giant Road in San Pablo, California. The 280,000 square foot complex sits on a 14.0 acre site, of which 9.0 acres are zoned for residential, with the remaining 5.0 acres zoned industrial. The building was originally built in 1927 and is currently occupied by a variety of commercial and light-industrial tenants.
