Also known as Phase 3 of Bakery Lofts, the project will consist of the construction of approximately [90] for-rent residential units and retail spaces at 53rd Street and Adeline Street on the Oakland/Emeryville border. The existing warehouse on the 1.72 acre site will be demolished and the new buildings will be integrated with neighboring Bakery Lofts and B2 Lofts to create a continuous residential community.

A unique possibility for the development is the potential day-lighting of Temescal Creek, which currently runs below the site. A restored Temescal Creek would run through the site and serve as a centerpiece for the development.

The project is in the very early stages of planning and design. Construction is anticipated to begin Summer 2007.
