The project is an in-fill mixed-use development located at 3900 Adeline Street in Emeryville, California, along the Emeryville/Oakland border.

The project will consist of the demolition of the existing one-story light-industrial building, and the new-construction of 107 for-rent residential and live/work units, as well as 1,000 square feet of retail space at the corner of 39th Street and Adeline Street. The newly constructed complex will consist of four smaller three-story buildings, over an underground parking garage.
