The project is the planned rehabilitation of an existing 43,000 sf building at Broadway and 24th Street into for-rent lofts above street-level retail and parking. Contained within the four-story building will be [24] loft units ranging from 820-1350 sf.
The project is currently in the entitlement process with construction planned to start in Spring 2006. In addition, the rest of the block has been approved for [421] residential condominium units by Signature Properties, which broke ground in Spring 2005.
