Mr. Protopappas developed his first live/work project in 1985 and has developed and managed over fifty (50) commercial and residential projects during the past twenty-five (25) years. During that time, Mr. Protopappas transformed many neglected properties by turning them into mixed-use live/work spaces. These projects, such as the historic Tribune Tower, Telegraph Lofts at the site of the former Sears Roebuck store in Oakland and the Bakery Lofts at the site of the former Remar Bakery in Emeryville, are representative of his innovative approach to revitalizing urban neighborhoods through mixed-use projects. The projects' continued popularity and profitability attest to the success of Mr. Protopappas' approach.
Mr. Protopappas is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with an A.B. in Economics. In 1985, after four (4) years of investment brokerage experience, he formed Madison Park Financial Corporation of which he remains President and CEO.
Mr. Protopappas serves on the Board of Directors of Summit Bank. He also serves on the Urban Land Institute Executive Committee.

As Director of Property Management at MPF, Mr. O'Doherty manages the company's property portfolio consisting of live/work loft buildings, apartment buildings and approximately 600,000 square feet of commercial space. A graduate of the National University of Ireland, Dermot is a Real Estate Broker licensed in California and Hawaii and he qualified with RPA from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). He has eight (8) years real estate sales experience and more than eight (8) years experience managing condominiums, apartments and commercial real estate. He joined the company in June, 2001.

Simon Chen focuses on structuring and executing new acquisitions,
managing the due diligence process on potential acquisition and
development opportunities and providing financial analysis on projects
under development and potential investment opportunities. Before
joining MPF in 2004, Mr. Chen was a banking analyst at National City
Corporation in Detroit where he specialized in investment real estate
banking.
Mr. Chen holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the
University of Michigan's Ross School of Business where he concentrated
in Finance and Corporate Strategy, and is a member of the Urban Land
Institute.

Frank Flores focuses on managing the development and construction of
many of MPF's residential and commercial developments. In addition, Mr.
Flores had previously served as Property Manager for two of the
company's signature properties, Bakery Lofts and B2 Lofts. His
experience over the past fifteen (15) years includes directing,
constructing, and managing hundreds of affordable and market-rate
residential units along the West Coast from Seattle to Eureka to the Bay
Area.
Mr. Flores' holds a Masters in Housing & Community Development from the
School of Urban Design at the University of California, Berkeley and is
a graduate of Humboldt State University with a BS in Business
Administration.

Deborah Walter joined MPF in May, 2001, bringing her twenty (20) plus
years working in diverse environments, focusing on management of
administration, accounting, finance, budgets, audit preparation,
reporting, process development and team building. Her experience has
been with small start up companies, where she consistently provided a
value-added approach to managing information systems. Deborah received a
B.S. in Business Administration from San Francisco State University
Business School.

In his role as Property Administrator, Mike Moore helps manage the daily operations of MPF’s portfolio of properties, as well as the various capital improvement projects undertaken. After graduating from Cal State Hayward in 2002 with a Bachelors degree English, Mike attained his Real Estate Sales License in 2004. His experience in East Bay residential home sales has instilled in him a devotion to help provide, maintain and enrich the quality and affordability of East Bay living.

Lisa Rhine focuses on managing one of Madison
Park's newest mixed-use self storage, retail, and office buildings
in downtown Oakland, the Press Building. She also assists
the Director of Development with development projects in various
phases of development. Her experience over the past eight
(8) years includes affordable housing development, finance,
and management in both the San Francisco Bay Area and Los
Angeles. Additionally, she has nearly three years of real
estate consulting experience, as well as internships with
the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development
(HUD) and the City of Los Angeles Community Development Department.
Ms. Rhine holds a Masters in Urban Planning
from the School of Public Policy and Social Research at the
University of California, Los Angeles and is a graduate of
the University of California, Berkeley with a BA in Ethnic
Studies. She is also on the Board of Directors of Affordable
Housing Associates (AHA), a non-profit housing development
firm, in Berkeley.
